Birthday greetings

Rang my brother Saturday and wished him happy birthday. Chatted for a bit and vowed to try and catch up on-line. He said he doesn’t come on much these days and I’m not usually on late when he is. Made a milky drink for breakfast. Had to go to shops for Ang so left Buster with her while I went. Got dogs on 4 walks. Ordered an Indian but they sent natural yoghurt instead of yoghurt sauce. Spoiled the meal for me. Went to bed about 12.
Sunday woke 7.20 and got dogs sorted and emailed Heaven and Earth show with similar email I sent to BBC news earlier in the week. Watched show but it was poor this week. Watched countryfile as well. Glad I’ve got some spuds in the garden if the prices are going to go up because of the floods. Scary about the bees. Seems ridiculous that they transport hives about. Sounds well dodgy for transmission of disease in bees. Had a bath afterwards then took dogs to the backwaters after eating rest of curry. Crashed for a while when got back. Was woken by Ang ringing to ask if I’d go to the shops for her. Took Buster over then went down. Got back and took dogs for a walk on the lead. Went to the Boat beach but didn’t let them off as trying to keep them out of Lychett Bay at the minute. Their poo’s a bit loose again. Hope it doesn’t get any worse. Hopefully get to bed early tonight.

Friday part two

Got dogs out to the Backwaters for about an hour at 3. Chatted with Gemma’s carer and walked with her for a while. There were loads of kids making a fuss of Gemma and I had to keep mine on the lead until we’d walked into the 2nd field. The lady asked about Ang who’s been away since someone kicked hell out of my front door at 12.30 2 nights ago. I’m pretty sure it was the guy who beat me up as I saw him briefly out the kitchen window. I’m sure it’s harassment now. Ang not been eating since it happened and I’m worried for her health. Got her prescription by taxi today and she looked after Buster while I went down. Fed dogs with more dog food and mixer than chicken and rice tonight. Tomorrow they having just dog food again as things seem fine. Passed good poo’s earlier. So relieved no more vets bills for a while. Paid out over £400 in last couple months. Can’t decide what to have to eat myself. Not got much in freezer as haven’t shopped for a while. Might go on later as got a free delivery email from Tesco. Wonder what won’t arrive if I do order. My milk didn’t arrive Wednesday. Was going to cancel it all today but changed mind at last minute. Busters got used to milk arriving now so doesn’t jump up. I don’t carry the bottles in either I put them on the floor just inside the door. He usually has a good sniff. I’ve got to have a milky drink tomorrow as haven’t had one for a while and my bananas are getting over-ripe. It’s nicer when they’re like that as they taste sweeter which compliments the seeds and nuts.

British Monsoon

Spent last few days trying to get dogs over their stomach bug. Boiling a chicken a day for their meals at the minute. Managed to get 4 frozen ones delivered from local shop. Been following the floods on the news channels I have. Seems this round is over. August to November to get through yet! Prolly October to Mid November will be worse. Winds prolly more harm than the rain.
Rain is intermittent locally at the minute but usually some every day. Fields at the backwaters are saturated and beginning to pool badly in areas. Am avoiding going near the path to the picnic bench as believe that is where Dainty caught her stomach bug. Within 24 hours of going in the water there she was ill. I phoned the local council and spoke to a woman there about it. Roughly 3 days after mine became ill her 2 border collies became ill. Her dogs had been in Poole harbour water at a place not far away from the site at the pumping station at Turlin Moor. Her dogs are showing identical symptoms to mine. This may be a coincidence but there is the possibility that the pumping station has leaked something locally into Lychett Bay that could be washing up on Hamworthy Beach where she took her dogs. Not much else I can do about it. The woman said she’d get the ranger to look into it. Dainty’s never going near the water around there again. It’s a shame because it puts the hay meadow out of bounds on hot days because it is no longer near safe water to keep her cool. Loads of people take their dogs over that area as well.
Ang had a really good visit to the flat with a garden. Took loads of pictures and looked around the local area. It’s got great facilities for people and some really nice places for dogs. The flats a bit smaller than mine and hardly any cupboard space. Will be hard to manage in it with the two dogs but the garden would be brilliant for Dainty to get out and be muzzle free. I think she misses being able to play fight with Buster properly. She can’t grab anything when they start. All she can do is head butt him and try and knock him over. She likes being chased by him most and usually manages to get away.
After a phone-call yesterday I’ve discovered that if the local consultant that covers the area the flat is in won’t accept me as a patient I can’t move. Today’s phone-call resulted in me having to email the guy with the flat and tell him it may take months before I could move. Well fed up now.
Been feeding the dogs 3 times a day lately so they could have their paste and antibiotics. They finished there paste yesterday and last dose of antibiotics tonight. Blitzed the flat and all their bedding a few days ago just in case. They seem to be pretty good at the minute. Both almost pebble-like when they went this morning. Started introducing normal dog-food to their diet yesterday. Got one chicken left which I need to cook today at some point. Did some rice earlier.
Managed two walks so far today to the backwaters. Weather not been bad today. No rain so far and it’s 2.45.

BBC email

Took dogs out 3 times Sunday. Managed to watch Heaven and Earth and Countryfile. Emailed Heaven and Earth. Emailed BBC with the following on 20/07/2007 :-
The time of Fire
A long time ago I was born. A few people noticed. My parents, their friends and the neighbours. A hospital was involved as well, which was the way of things in the time and country I was born in. I was fed and cared for and grew. I learned. Sometimes quickly at other times at a gradual pace. Maybe I choose what I wanted to do but all I can remember is that by 8 years old I was angry. Angry with everything I saw and everything that was being done to me. So I did something. It was only a little thing and it hardly registered. I broke a window. A window in a Church on the estate where I was born and then I began a long journey seeking an answer to 1 question. It was a question many people had asked and believed they had answers for but none had been right.
How do you save the world?
I looked in many places. Hospitals, prisons, factories and a few colleges I found answers to things along the way I didn't expect and problems not yet known. I listened and read and talked but most of all I thought. I lived through times that changed at a pace not seen before. I lived though wars, famine and flood. I have waited for a time when words can fly and encircle the globe and people would be prepared to listen. Years have passed and I grow cold from the fight.
The time of Ice.
The years now talk of polar ice caps, forests and deserts. Tales of loss and destruction far greater than ever known during humanities history. Circling the globe a truth at last being heard. Yet no answer has yet come from a single leader as to how countries must prepare. Switch your TV off standby and you'll be able to save the planet. This foolish idea cannot stop a flood, inundation from the sea or feed you when crops fail. Worse case scenario options need to be considered and solutions explored. These scenarios need to include sea level rises in 5 to 15 years of up to 3 metres. Global weather pattern extremes 2 to 3 times current norms which would include temperatures to exceed current by up to 6 degrees in this time period. Global agriculture production to plummet by up to 60% over a sustained number of years.
The time of Water
One of the key important factors in global warming is water vapour. For Europe to have extremely high cloud formation during peak solar radiation yearly cycle is adding billions of therms of latent heat to the water system. This is catastrophic. If this happens globally for more than 2 years then the implication is that climate change has gone exponential and all current models will be inaccurate. Events predicted to take decades will take years.

Was going to publish on website a few days before when I finished it.
Got dogs to vets at 11.40 and came away with more paste for runs and antibiotics. Got home and gave first dose with some chicken and rice. Had fish, cheese sauce and brown bread and butter for dinner. Watched news 24 all day about floods until soaps came on. Fed dogs and more medicines at 7.45. Only managed to get dogs out on the green all day because of the almost constant rain. Eased off about 6pm. Will make up for it tomorrow while Ang visits flat we might be doing an exchange with. It’s over 2 hours drive away and her friends driving her. Thankfully not near any of the floods.

Mums idea

Phoned Mum today and told her about Dainty and Buster. She suggested it might be worms because of the “jelly” in their poo. Spoke to vets at 4 and agreed to worm them and bland diet. If no better they have to go vets Monday. Will have to walk them there and back as won’t be able to take a taxi with both of them. Hope it is worms but will have to wait til morning now. Dainty’s foot looks almost healed now. No sign of infection. Fingers crossed about that as well. We had chicken, chips and salad for dinner. Got dogs on a walk to the Boatbeach but had to keep them on the lead because of some teenagers on a motorbike. We walked them around to the overgrown area and let them off. We them wandered to the Backwaters and came back via the shops after visiting the far bench and the community garden. We settle down on the evening and watched some TV. We enjoyed millionaire and I enjoyed Jekyl although Ang thinks it’s rubbish. I then came on and did this post. I’m going to wait for my brother tonight on messenger. I spoke to him earlier after I found out from Mum it is his wife’s birthday tomorrow. I asked about weather. Mum got a few leaks in aviary and brother got a flooded front and back garden. A local main road flooded but still passable by Mums but roads ok near brother. Backwaters are really soggy but saw them worse early in the year.

Grass seeds and Blackberries

Spent last few days trying to get dogs over their runs. Got some paste from the vets and they went on a 2 day course. It seemed to do the trick and got them back onto normal food today. They were having chicken and rice. Last night Dainty was worrying her back right paw. I examined it and found a grass seed had started working its way into her foot between the middle toes. I had to trim a clump of hair from between her toes then managed to pull it out. I checked all her feet and she had clumps between all her middle toes. I cut them all away and found two grass seeds in one and one in another. I’m going to have to keep her toes trimmed from now on. It appears to only be her middle toes and Buster hasn’t got the problem.
Woke this morning and checked her paw again. Looks much better already. Should be healed over by tomorrow at the speed she heals. Will keep her away from water today. Not that that will be easy with all the rain we’ve had in the last 24 hours and what’s happening now. Managed to get them on a rain free walk earlier to the Backwaters. We had to call at the post office so Ang could get some money just in case we end up with Dainty needing to go to the vets tomorrow or Monday. Hopefully I got all the seed out and she’ll be fine. She’s not worrying it any more which is a good sign. We had a milky drink for breakfast when we got back from the walk. Nuts, seeds, 2 bananas, 1 apple and loads of blackberries Ang picked yesterday at the Backwaters. Weird colour but Ang enjoyed it although I wasn’t keen.

Timeless art

Woke early but fell back to sleep and didn’t get up til after 8. Got dogs sorted and on first walk by 9.15. No breakfast for them today because of the runs yesterday. Both had a poo while out and quite bad still. Called at shop on way back and got so diced chicken for their supper. Came back and cooked it as well as some rice and pasta for them. Put it all in fridge after it had cooled a lot. Both are asking to go out when they need and drinking lots of water. We had a milky drink for breakfast with 3 bananas, an apple and nuts and seeds. Took dogs for another walk to the Backwaters and let them play in the community garden. Dainty loves the long grass in there. Buster moaned to come out after 5 minutes though and went and sat under the bench Ang was sitting on. The bench is covered in graffiti now. I took a picture of the first bit on it a few days ago.

I took this picture of a local stone bench before it to was scrawled upon.

Dainty was quite young when it was taken.
This is a picture from a Dorset church showing how old graffiti can be. The church is covered in it inside.

We came back and I did an article for the website. Need to go through it a couple more times before it’s finalized yet though. Ang played a game and I also burnt another CD for Dainty’s friend. Ang got me another iced doughnut today and I had it just before we went to post office to post CD and get dogs on another walk. Hopefully it will arrive before the lad goes back to America.

Police visit

Got dogs fed Friday night at 8. Took them out after Eastenders for a wee on the green. Ang went to bed just after 9 and I stayed up to watch New Tricks. Took dogs out for a wee before bed. Dainty woke us in the night having a noisy dream and I got up at just after 6 Saturday. Got dogs sorted and fed by 7.30. Just after 8 Ang and I took them for a walk to the Backwaters. Came back via the shops and got some bread, milk, toilet rolls and an iced bun. Got back and Ang went to lie down for a while. I had the bun and then Ang got up after about an hour. Spent rest of the day sorting out some photos and taking dogs for walks. Got to bed about 11.
Woke Sunday about 6 and got dogs sorted and on first walk about 8. Took gloves with us so I could carry on pulling ragwort. Spent about half an hour working next to the hill at the Backwaters until I did something to my back. We managed to walk home very slowly and got back after about 20 minutes. I was almost crying with the pain when I got home and we got onto NHS direct. They advised a painkiller regime and complete rest for 24 hours. I ended up flat on my back on the beanbag with Ang waiting on me dosed up with painkillers. I only managed to get Buster out to the green for the rest of the day. Ang took Dainty on a few short walks around the estate. Got to bed about 10.30 and was grateful for sleep and to be oblivious to the pain.
Woke Monday morning at about 6.30 in quite a bit of pain. Took painkillers at 7 and got dogs sorted by 8. Took them on a walk to Backwaters but had to walk very slowly. Got back about 9 and rang my doctor to get him to phone me later. Made a milky drink for breakfast and waited for Dr to ring. Ang took Dainty for a walk and Dr rang while she was out. Dr advised light exercise and a prescription for strong painkillers. After phone-call I took Buster out and met Ang. We then took both the dogs to the Backwaters. I had to sit down when we got there but the dogs got the chance for a play and mooch around in the reeds. Ang went down for prescription in a taxi and was back after about 10 minutes. When she came back we had cheese and onion on toast so I could take a tablet. Took dogs out on the green and watched TV for a while. Got phone-call from police about when I was assaulted. They arrived to take another statement shortly after. After about 13 minutes they left. Forgot to date statement. Ang got back from an errand for me while the police were here. Rang for an Indian when they had left but had no luck. The Indian we use had a gas leak on the premises so couldn’t open tonight. We decided to throw a pizza in the oven instead. We then watched the soaps together and fed the dogs at 8. I decided to have a bath to help my back and Ang watched some comedy shows. We took the dogs out on the green at about 11 and Buster had really bad runs. That’s both of them now. No breakfast for them tomorrow. We’ll have to get some chicken in for their food for a couple of days. Ang says she might go co-op tomorrow. She got me an iced doughnut today which I’ve saved for after I post this.

part 2

Had bath then took dogs out to green behind Ang’s. Dainty had really bad runs and was limping a bit so brought them back in after a short while. Waited about an hour to see if Dainty pestered to go out again or limped. Took them out again but on the way to Ham Common Dainty started limping again. Examined her foot 3 times in all. Let them have a little bit of time on the green by the railway track then walked them home. She didn’t seem bothered on the way home. Ordered a taxi to get Ang’s prescription picked up after checking it was in the chemists ready. At 5.30 ordered a chicken vindaloo with chapattis and Bombay potatoes. Got some veg samosas for Ang. Took dogs out onto the green while waiting for food to arrive. Dainty didn’t limp at all. Strange. Curry was great and feel full. Got half for tomorrow left and Ang having her samosas cold then as well. Going to watch TV for a while.

Part 1

Ang came over yesterday and I didn’t manage to get bath. Took dogs on 3 main walks and crashed about 9. Ang woke in the night and got up for a while. I went back to sleep and woke about 6. Got dogs sorted and fed them about 7.30. Buster ate a little but Dainty didn’t touch hers. Took them out to green and both had a poo then went in and waited for milkman. Buster managed to knock a bottle of grapefruit juice out my hand as I was bringing it in. Luckily it just spilled half on the floor and didn’t smash. I don’t want milk bottles in the house any more after that. They’re not safe around the dogs and we don’t need to have them. I’m canceling the milk from now on.
Got dogs down to shops to get some money out for Ang as soon as the milkman had been. Picked up her parcel at last as well. Ang took parcel home and I carried on to the Backwaters. They were still cutting some of the grass and not many people about because of the drizzle. Walked back via the church and put water on for bath and washing up. Got email about a delivery I ordered ages ago and replied to it. Hopefully my jeans should arrive soon. My boots are delayed a bit. Prolly til about the 23rd. Had egg and beans on brown bread for breakfast with orange juice. Did washing up then ran a bath while listening to 2CR with Ang.

Thursday news

Got up about 7 this morning. Sorted dogs and got them fed by 8.15. Spoke to Ang on the phone and then took dogs to the Backwaters. Buster met a big Jack Russell he normally goes mad at on the lead. Its carer said it was a problem on the lead as well. Called at post office on way back to get some money but too many people around grocers to leave dogs so had to come home and phone for a delivery. The bloke that beat me up was one of the people so definitely wasn’t going into shop with him about. Had a coffee when delivery arrived and watched some more news. Climate change is just managing to stay in the news. Shambo still making headlines. Have a few bits to add to website today. Going to email a few people if I have the time with this page. Need to have a bath and get some washing and cleaning done. Doing a load of updates for Ang at minute.

Dainty's friend

Spent rest of yesterday looking after dogs and enjoying sunshine. Managed 4 walks in all with one of them to the picnic bench. Fed them 8ish and went to bed about 10. Woke this morning about 6.15 and sorted dogs out by 8. Took them out for a poo and waited for visitor at nine. They arrived on time but had to come back later so I took dogs for a walk to the Backwaters and got back about 10. Had to call at shops for Ang on the way back to get a few things. Forgot my own rizla but luckily got enough to take me through til tomorrow dinnerish. Had an iced bun for breakfast and some milk. Visitor turned up at 11 and left by 10 past. I cooked chapattis and veg curry and then took dogs for a walk to the Backwaters. Got back at 2ish and crashed til 4.45. Got up and took dogs for a walk to the Backwaters. Came back and watched the Simpsons and the news. Decided to order some food later and so started washing up by putting water on for first time in 2 days. Ordered food about 9 after dogs had been fed and taken on green for a wee. Plates are in soak while doing this. Hopefully be finished before food here. Got email earlier from lady I sent CD to saying it had arrived. Emailed back and asked her to let me know what the lad thinks of the pictures and video of Dainty and Buster. He’s only 7 and fell in love with Dainty when she went missing. He was overjoyed when I got her back and every 6 months or so I send him new pictures and video of her. He lives in America now but is over on holiday soon so can pick the CD up from this country.

Conservative crap

Emailed young lad that adores Dainty via my Mums friend and told him I was putting his CD in the post. After I sent email I took the dogs to Post Office and posted CD and Ang’s letter. Tried to pick up parcel for Ang but it hasn’t arrived at the post office yet. Hope it hasn’t got lost in post. Took dogs over to Backwaters afterwards and wandered a bit with them. Got home just after 12 and then crashed. Woke up just after 3 and took dogs to the Backwaters. Loadsa kids around as they were just coming out the school as I got down by it. Thankfully the dogs didn’t start barking at any of them. Got to the Backwaters and Gemma and her carer were there so Buster had to go and say hello. I chatted a while then Gemma started barking at a lorry with a crane on the back that was making a noise as it dropped earth it was digging up. Buster and Dainty started barking as well so I had to walk them on. We wandered a bit and came back via the shops. I wanted to get some milk but there were too many kids about to risk leaving the dogs tied up on their own so I went home. Thankfully get some delivered in the morning although just had my last bit of coffee. Got back and watched BBC news for a bit. Sick to death with hearing Conservative crap today. Thank God they’re not in power at the minute not that Labour are much better any more. Everyone scared to take the radical action that is required to overcome the current problems.

Live Earth

Saturday we got up relatively early and got dogs sorted out. Weather was not bad and we got them out for a few walks throughout the day. Watched most of the Live Earth concert in between walks. Didn’t manage to stay up til 4am but saw most of UK concert. Ang enjoyed a lot of the music and we talked about the issues. . I’m quite depressed about the Live Earth shows. Seemed to me it was just an excuse to have a party. No real answers came out from anyone and they treated it all as a big joke. That’s the impression I was left with anyway. Sunday we sorted the dogs out and Ang and I went on their first walk. We found a dog we knew roaming on his own and we brought him home on one of the dogs leads and phoned his carers to collect him. They turned up after about 10 minutes and took him home. Ang went back to her flat and I went in and had some cereal for breakfast. I crashed out for a while and then took dogs on a walk. Watched men’s final at Wimbledon and took the dogs out after it finished. Watched TV for rest of evening and got to bed at about 9.30 after feeding dogs about 8.
Woke Monday about 6.15 and got dogs sorted by 8 and on their first walk. Ang rang just before I went and came with us. We called at shops on the way back and Ang picked up a couple of things. Got dogs home and Ang went back to hers. I had Shreddies for breakfast and then watched news for a while. Looked for Heaven and Earth show on TV from Sunday but couldn’t find it so looks like I won’t get to see this week’s episode. Woke up about 2 hours later in the chair in front of TV. Had rest of Vindaloo from yesterday for dinner. Took dogs to the Backwaters for a while and then came back and watched some Euronews and CNN. Went on final walk with dogs 3.30ish. Called at post office to get some money then walk around to the Boatbeach. Got back about 4.15. Took dogs out on green after their dinner. Went to bed about 10.30.
Tuesday got up about 7.15 and got dogs sorted. Buster left some of his breakfast which is really unusual. Got dogs ready after ringing Ang and walked to shops with her. I carried on to Backwaters and got back about 9. Sorted out Ang’s credit card application and have to post it and CD for friend today at some point. Had 2 boiled eggs for breakfast with some brown bread and butter and a mug of orange juice. Had a nose around Al Gores website and emailed them again. Sent them a copy of the Covenant of ARK on 06/07/07 and a link to www.arkdoorway.org.uk today. Must keep trying.

Chocolate

Got up about 7.15 and took dogs out for a wee. Fed them just after and then tried taking them for a poo on the green. They both just wanted to play so we brought them back in and had breakfast. Milkman arrived later and we then got the dogs out to the Backwaters. About 10.15 Ang’s friend rang to say she’d be over about 12. When she arrived with her boyfriend we had a drink and went for a walk with the dogs. We ended up wandering around Ham Common for a while. The dogs got into a fight over the hole Dainty had dug and had to be split up. Thankfully neither got hurt. Ang went to the co-op after we got back. Got some shopping including fair trade chocolate. Yummy. Had fish fingers, chips and mixed veg for tea. Watched Saving planet Earth special. Starting to worry people will get fed up with all this. Mustn’t be negative though.

231 years

Thursday was strange. It wasn’t mentioned that it was Independence Day on TV that we noticed. 231 years now. Wonder why it wasn’t mentioned. We managed to get the dogs out although it was raining a lot. Wimbledon is a joke this year. Today was a much better day. Got up about 7.15 and sorted dogs out by 8.30. Went for first walk to the backwaters and started clearing ragwort again this year. It’s the third year I’ve cleared the backwaters with Ang. Managed to get most of the hill done today. Lost the roots to 6 plants so they’ll come back next year. Completed about a third of the area I do each year so far. Prolly take another 8 weeks to finish as more will show as the year goes on. Put gloves in washing machine when got back so they’re clean for next session.
Got back and sorted out some videos and picture for a CD for a friend. Took most of the morning and then took dogs to the Backwaters about 11.30. Got back and made another video for CD and watched some news. Cooked chicken, pakoora and rice and peas for dinner. Ang had a bath while I watched the next episode of Saving Planet Earth. Managed to watch all of them so far. Wonder if the UK is listening. I starting kicking up a fuss about it in 1978ish. I got in loadsa trouble as well for it. I’m still on strike though. Since 08/08/88 I’ve refused to work for the capitalist system. Currently more than 70% of UK population is not aware. Roll on Live Earth. My job will be easier after that hopefully. It is 2 years 2 months and 2 days prior to needed acceptance day. Minimum of 80% conversion globally needed by acceptance day. By 09/08/07 UK conversion will be known. Prolly in region of 68%. I’m getting happy just thinking about it. The work begins in earnest after the release of the Genesis Report on my website. Deadline 08/08/08.

Hamworthy station

Went out earlier to the Backwaters and came back via the railway station. We saw what we thought was a TV detector van. There were a lot of people at the station as well. When we got back after a while a friend turned up. He’d seen a news report about a death on the line on Sunday. It had been a TV outside broadcast truck and a crowd laying flowers at the station. I went online and we watched the news report. A young lad had been electrocuted on Sunday. I painted sparks that day in purple on the unicorn’s horn. Nervous of doing more painting. One wall has come true with great accuracy, so long as you know how to interpret it. It is hard to paint the future but I am getting better. Wish I was a better artist.

Recycling

Managed to finish washing the foam from old sofa yesterday. Last two pillow cases full are hanging to dry. Dainty and Buster will have a beanbag for themselves tomorrow as it should be ready to go in the single duvet cover. We ripped it into small pieces with Busters help a few days ago and most is in the inner duvet cover in the bedroom. It was a dirty job as the foam was really dirty which was why I had to get rid of the sofa as it was starting to smell. Couldn’t bear sending all the foam to landfill though.
Dogs got some good walks to the Backwaters and twice to the Boat Beach, once when the tide was in. The second time Buster nearly had a fight with a greyhound that wasn’t muzzled when it chased Dainty. He’s very protective of her when they are out.
Today we’ve managed to get out twice with them so far between the heavy rain-showers. I’ve uploaded a few videos of Dainty and Buster to YouTube for a young lad my Mum knows who adores Dainty. I’m currently putting another one up that shows her in her element getting covered in filth. Have got chicken in mushroom sauce with rice and peas and green beans for dinner. Ang is over and looking forward to dinner. Will have to start cooking soon just hope it comes out ok.

Colour of magic

Friday was really wet. A lot of showers through the day and quite heavy ones. Got wet twice taking the dogs out. Saturday was dreadful. Rain most of the day but we managed a couple of long walks again. Watched Dr Who on the evening. Not a bad finish to the story. Sunday was much better weather wise with some sunny periods. Ang wanted to watch Diana concert so got 3 walks in by 3.30. Did some purple painting today. I ordered a Chinese at 6.30 and took the dogs for a wee on the green while waiting for it to come. Fed dogs at 7.30 and last wee at 10.30ish after concert finished.
