Untitled

We had toast and grapefruit for breakfast today. I stole that idea from the psychiatric hospitals. Mind you there you have to fight for the grapefruit there's so little. Not as bad as the prisons though. There you have to pick the insects out your bread and survive on almost no micro nutrients because most things are dried unless you can pay. It’s only the drugs that stop them from exploding every day.
Time to take dogs out soon so will get back to this later.
I’s back. I used to think long and hard about it in prison. If the bread was what failed inspection. What else was. The flour. Everything. The health implications were worrying. You kick up a fuss though and the screws have accidents moving you around. Don’t know state of prisons today as it’s been a while since I tasted the food.
In one prison a nest of cockroaches was living inside a bag of flour. The crime does not fit these punishments.
