Another wall and a tree

Managed to finish first coat on next wall. Have spent last half hour having music spoilt by neighbours hedge trimmer. He decided to prune a local tree. He did it during the Christmas holiday so no-one was available to stop him.
I took several photo’s which made him aggressive.

We phoned the council and told them but they got back to us and told us it wasn’t worth prosecuting him. The tree has survived but he wouldn’t like my solution to his lack of light in his garden.
Locally there is a young lad that is causing damage to a fence not far away. I’d get that lad and teach both of them a lesson with the help of a bricky.
First I’d let the lad smash his fence down letting the lad know this is the last time he ever does it. I’d then let the bricky, with the help of the lad build a maximum of 12 inch high wall where the fence was. Then he’d have light in his garden and maybe the lad would learn bricklaying. Our just be proud of himself.
Had first comment on blog earlier. Going out with dogs now shopping arrived.
